The Altman Brothers specialize in selling luxurious properties within the Platinum Triangle, comprising Beverly Hills, Bel Air, and Holmby Hills. Over their tenure, they have sold properties worth over $100 million to high-profile clients, including actors and athletes. One of Josh's significant sales includes a Beverly Hills property sold for $16.5 million, marking it as the sixth-highest sale in Los Angeles history at that time.

Personal Real Estate
In 2017, Josh listed his Hollywood Hills home for $8 million, a property he had purchased for $2.675 million in 2014 and rented out for $38,000 per month. In 2018, Josh and Heather acquired a Beverly Hills home for $6.7 million, which they later listed for $12 million in August 2021 after extensive renovations. They eventually withdrew the listing after failing to find a buyer. In April 2022, they purchased a 14,500-square-foot mansion in Bel-Air for $6.1 million.
