Personal Life
Drita married Lee D'Avanzo in 2000, and they have two daughters, Gizelle and Aleeya. Lee, a former member of the Staten Island gang New Springville Boys and associate of the Bonnano crime family, had numerous legal issues. He was convicted of burglary in 1998, received a five-year sentence for selling marijuana, and was later sentenced to 62 months in federal prison for racketeering, marijuana distribution, money laundering, and loansharking. In 2009, Lee faced another burglary conviction. They spent much of their early marriage apart due to his incarcerations. Lee's previous relationship with Karen Gravano, a 'Mob Wives' castmate, caused tension between Drita and Karen.
In December 2019, Lee and Drita were charged with firearms and drug possession after a police search at their home. Charges against Drita were eventually dropped, while Lee was sentenced to 64 months in prison. Drita wrote a note to the court requesting leniency, highlighting Lee's involvement and dedication as a father.
