In 1986, she released the album "Driven to Fantasy," and the following year saw an 85-foot high mural of her at Hollywood and Vine. She also collaborated with Michael "Doc" Dosco on "Animal Attraction" for the 1988 film "Earth Girls Are Easy."

In 1995, she was the subject of the documentary short "Angelyne," and by then, more than 200 billboards of hers graced Los Angeles. In 1997, she began offering Hollywood tours on her website, starred in the short film "The Angelyne Dream Experience" in 1998, and started painting self-portraits.
