Career
Daley received special dispensation to compete in the Australian Youth Olympic Festival in 2007 at age 12. He and Callum Johnstone won the 10m synchronized-diving final. Daley won his first senior platform title at the 2008 British Championships and earned other medals internationally.
He won numerous titles over the years, including gold in the 10m platform at the 2008 European Championships and 2014 Commonwealth Games. In 2021, he secured gold in the synchronized 10m platform at both the FINA Diving World Cup and European Championships, and won his first Olympic gold with Matty Lee at the 2020 Summer Olympics.
