During his time at USC, Bush dated future WWE Diva Eve Torres and later, Kim Kardashian. After his relationship with Kardashian ended, Bush began dating dancer Lilit Avagyan, whom he married in 2014. Together, they have three children: daughter Briseis and sons Uriah and Agyemang.
Bush has also engaged in media and charity work. He appeared in the "Futbol Meets Football" video series with David Beckham and has participated in charity efforts with the Diamond Empowerment Fund. In 2012, he became a partner in Barc, a skincare company for men.
