Career
Her career began at Saatchi & Saatchi before moving to the London Broadcasting Company as a sales executive. By age 20, Brady joined Sport Newspapers Ltd. She saw an ad in the Financial Times for Birmingham City F.C. and convinced Sullivan to buy it, becoming the club’s managing director at just 23. Brady transformed the club's fortunes until its sale in 2009.
In January 2010, she was appointed vice-chairman of West Ham United, overseeing its move to the London Stadium in 2016.
