Gabrielle Carteris is an American actress and producer with a net worth of $5 million. She gained widespread recognition for her role as Andrea Zuckerman on the Fox series "Beverly Hills, 90210" (1990–1996; 1998; 2000). Gabrielle Anne Carteris was born on January 2, 1961, in Scottsdale, Arizona, to Marlene, a realtor, and Ernest, a restaurant owner. Following her parents' separation when Gabrielle and her twin brother, James, were six months old, Marlene moved the family to San Francisco, where she opened a children's clothing store. Carteris attended Redwood High School in Larkspur, where she studied ballet and toured Europe as a mime. She earned a bachelor's degree in liberal arts from Sarah Lawrence College in 1983.
Carteris made her TV debut in 1984 on "Another World," and returned to the show in 1988. She appeared on "CBS Schoolbreak Special" (1987) and "ABC Afterschool Special" (1987–1988) before making her film debut in "Jacknife" (1989). In 1990, she began her iconic role as Andrea Zuckerman on "Beverly Hills, 90210."
