Early Life
Frank Caliendo Jr. was born on January 19, 1974, in Chicago, Illinois. He grew up in Waukesha, Wisconsin, and graduated from Waukesha South High School. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication-Broadcast Journalism from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee in 1996. While at college, Caliendo began performing stand-up at local comedy clubs and later toured the college circuit.

Frank initially gained attention with his impressions of Jonathan Winters, Columbo, and the cast of "Seinfeld." He made his TV debut on "Hype" in 2000. From 2001 to 2006, he starred on Fox's "MADtv," and began appearing on "Fox NFL Sunday" in 2000, becoming a regular cast member in 2003 before departing in 2012.
