D'Errico's first major film role was in the 1999 direct-to-video supernatural slasher sequel Candyman 3: Day of the Dead. She played Caroline McKeever, a direct descendant of the Candyman. She also appeared in Austin Powers in Goldmember and Kiss the Bride in 2002.

Her notable roles include a part in the 2004 mockumentary Comic Book: The Movie directed by Mark Hamill and lead roles in Mary McGuckian's films Intervention (2007) and Inconceivable (2008). She also starred in The Making of Plus One (2010). After a brief hiatus, she returned in 2021 as Sheera in Escape from Area 51, and later that year, she had a supporting role in Survive the Game alongside Bruce Willis and Chad Michael Murray. In 2022, she appeared in the romantic crime film Frank and Penelope directed by Sean Patrick Flanery.

Mount Ararat Expedition

In 2012, D'Errico set out to find the frozen remains of Noah's Ark on Mount Ararat in Turkey. Despite sustaining injuries toward the end of her climb, she returned to the U.S. in August.

Personal Life

D'Errico married Mötley Crüe bassist Nikki Sixx in 1996. They had a daughter, Frankie-Jean, in 2001, and separated shortly after. After Sixx's rehab, they reconciled, but eventually divorced in 2007. D'Errico has a son named Rhyan from a previous relationship.

Real Estate

In May 2014, Donna bought a home in Tarzana, California, for $725,000. She listed it for sale in November 2019 at $1.35 million but has not found a buyer and appears to still own the property today.
