Career
Baldwin began his career as a model for Calvin Klein. His acting debut was in the 1989 TV movie "The Preppie Murder." He soon appeared in "Born on the Fourth of July" with Tom Cruise, and gained further recognition in the 1990s with substantial roles in "Internal Affairs" with Richard Gere and "Flatliners" alongside Julia Roberts, Kiefer Sutherland, and Kevin Bacon.
In the early 90s, Billy was part of the ensemble cast of "Backdraft," featuring Donald Sutherland and Robert De Niro. In 1993, he won MTV Movie Awards for his role in "Silver," earning $1.7 million.
